Quality Cable Services, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Robert Van Fossen, who managed Scientific Atlanta’s repair facility for more than 10 years. QCS quickly became an industry leader in analog set-top repair. As technology changed throughout the 1990’s, QCS adapted quickly and by the early 2000’s had become a pioneer in cable modem repair. With the invention of our customized modem kit boxes, we provide cable systems with a product that is ready for an installer from the moment they arrive from repair. Our current modem services include the screening and repair of modems, eMTAs, wireless modems, routers, and MoCA gateways.

In 2009 Quality Cable Services added digital set-top repair to our expanding list of services. We now offer full repair services on all major brands including Motorola, Arris, Pace and TiVo digital set-top boxes. This combined with our unmatched quality standards makes QCS the most trusted and versatile CPE repair facility in the industry.
